**Client Acknowledgments:**

By scheduling a session with our studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

**This communication is not a commitment on our part until a formal agreement is signed. The proposal and terms discussed are preliminary and subject to further negotiation at your session.

**Forfeiture by Cancellation:** Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before session will result in forfeiture of the session. Studio reserves the right to deny any further commitment for sessions if last-minute cancellations become a recurring issue unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon with studio. Studio retains the option to cancel scheduled sessions at anytime.

**In order to provide the best possible experience and personalized attention during our free evaluation recording sessions, we kindly request that each artist limits their entourage to one individual. This ensures an optimal environment for focused collaboration and meaningful discussions between our team and the artist.
